		Situated on the Fife - Perthshire border near Perth, South West of Newburgh We are on a working farm overlooking the river Tay and the Carse of Gowrie with views from Dundee to Perth.


From £30 per person per night for bed & breakfast sharing a double or twin room.		Visitors are welcomed with tea or coffee and home baked biscuits or scones, served in the lounge.
There is a residents lounge and we have a lovely garden
